PROJECT: DOS PÉS À CABEÇA

YEAR: 2023

CONTENT: An award-winning project recognized by the Torres Vedras City Council for the Carnival Centenary, “Dos Pés à Cabeça” integrates art, sustainability, safety, and mobility. Through five carnival-themed tours, personalized bicycle helmets by local artists are distributed to the community, extending cultural heritage while fostering new opportunities for development. Encouraging creativity and artistic freedom, the project promotes cycling, enhances citizen safety, and contributes to public health and urban well-being.
